VAMPSTOCK

 
This is my first feature of the art from excellent artists using my stocks!! These are in no particular order.
I am very proud to present all the artists who used some of my stocks. Please take a look and and make a comment if you like them, I am sure the artists would love to hear from you. Thank you all so much for the encouragement to make more stocks. I took all these photos myself and own the copy rights unless I say otherwise on the specific stock page. If I made a pre made background and used other stock providers I will have proper credits on the Deviation just like Deviantart says to do right here FAQ #217: What are "Stock and Resources" and can I use them in my submissions?. I will only be using unrestricted stock from DA, Creative Commons 2.0 or 3.0 license or permission from the copy right owner posted on their DA account for pre made backgrounds or unrestricted photos. I have the right to share my own photos with DA and outside DA freely.

The Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Unported (CC BY 3.0) is what I consider my rules creativecommons.org/licenses/b…. I will clarify Deviantart rules and outside Deviantart rules so you can use this stock without problems.

If you don't want to read the long list of rules and all you want to do is make a Deviation in DA or make artwork outside DA then here is a quick list for you. All the other words below is really for DA staff or Group Owners in DA who research rules for their group submissions. That way when you use my stock and post to a group it will be documented right here for you. You might want to read the rules below because I have very different rules than anyone else has. Permission is given for every kind of art work I know about that is taboo to other stock providers.

1. Credit me with an icon on your Deviation and a link on your Deviation leading to the stock used (not my profile).

2. Link your Deviation to the stock page (not my profile page) letting me know you used the stock.

3. Fav it.

4. NO PORNOGRAPHY (artistic nudes are ok)!

5. If you forget any of these rules I won't kill you, I just wanted to be linked so all the work I do can be found by others and the reason for a fav is well........selfish. So just try to have fun and don't worry about me to much.



DEVIANTART RULES AND OUTSIDE DEVIANTART RULES

I am only writing these rules so that you will have proof that it is ok to use this stock anyway you want except for the first four rules. I covered every use I can think of to give you permission to do your art. I am not picky and love to share.

1. DO NOT USE MY STOCK FOR PORNOGRAPHY (artistic nudes are ok) ! I WILL REPORT YOU IN DEVIANTART AND OUTSIDE DEVIANTART!

2. Credit me that is how you pay me for my stock.  Inside of Deviantart use an Icon for my credit and a live link to the page you got the stock from. Do not link back to my profile page for the stock item because it is to hard to scroll around looking for the stock item that you used (this helps others get that item they saw on your beautiful art work).

This below will make an icon for the stock provider in Deviantart, a link to the page of the specific stock item in or out of Deviantart and a link of your Deviation/Artwork.

How to make an icon to credit me or others in Devaintart, : iconvampstock:  just remove the space before the "i" (make sure there are no spaces). When you type :icon "the person's user name" and this symbol at the end " : " it will make an icon for any user here at DA.

How to make a live link on,  my stock page/your deviation page/your website page go to the top of my stock page/your deviation page/your website page where the URL is and copy and paste it next to the icon in Deviantart or next to the photo on your website with one of my names listed below (outside DA users only have to do this when it's possible). 3. Let me know you have used the stock with a link back to your Deviation or a link from outside Deviantart on the stock item page. I hope outside Deviantart people will do this because I did supply at no cost what you wanted to make your designs.

4. Fav it before you use it if you have a Deviantart account. It is a good idea to open a Deviantart account to keep up with legal crediting. Also you can always go back to find the stock you used in case you want to share or use it again in the future. You won't have to search the web again for these items hence it will save time for more fun.

Now to the good stuff.

5. You can sell prints in Deviantart or outside of Deviantart using my stock no need to ask to sell prints just do it. Make all the money you can.

6. You can make pre made backgrounds with all my stock or any number of photos and sell them if you want.

7. You can cut up, make tubes, png, film, animations, flash, motion books, book covers, cd covers, dvd covers, games, clip art, tracing, journals, css gallery backgrounds, brushes or anything else you can think of out of my pre made backgrounds and use wherever you want as long as you credit me as specified above on rule # 2.

"VERY IMPORTANT" Be sure if you are using a pre made background to see if I have specified NOT TO cut up, make tubes, png or anything else you can think of. Some pre made backgrounds will not be able to be used freely to cut up, make tubes, png or anything else you can think of.

8. You can add one or more png images to my png image and post as stock and sell it too.

9. You may use my stock for references, drawings and paintings as well as for photo-manipulations and multimedia works.

10. You can use for tutorials. You don't have to credit me for a tutorial but it would be nice if you did. I am all for learning and teaching so no rules for this endeavor. You are free to teach with no credits needed.

11. I may change this but right now I don't mind my stock being used for horses, wolves, cats, dogs, birds, snakes, rats, mice, fish, pigs, cows or any kind of animal, insect or creature you can dream up.

12. THIS IS FOR BLOGGERS AND WEB DESIGNERS ONLY!!!!
You may use all my photos on blogs or for creating/building/designing websites with the photos unchanged or changed unless specified in the photo description itself. Just don't forget to credit me like the CC license says creativecommons.org/licenses/b…. Since I am letting bloggers and web designers copy as is that don't mean you can sell my unchanged photos it means you can build a website or use them to add interest to your blog not claim they are yours. I own the copy rights and freely share but not to give the copy rights away.

THIS TYPE OF CREDIT IS FOR OUTSIDE DEVIANTART ONLY!
On use outside of Deviantart. I will be satisfied with a name credit when possible of "Carolyn Foster", "Vamp1967" or "Vampstock" with any of these links next to my name, vamp1967.deviantart.com/ or vampstock.deviantart.com/. I will expect DA accounts to credit as above with icon and live link to the stock item as in #2, #3 and #4 rules.



PLEASE DO NOT PUBLISH UNDER PHOTOGRAPHY IN DEVIANTART, I AM THE PHOTOGRAPHER.




I hope I covered everything and you can create whatever kind of things you want. I made these rules for your benefit as much as mine. I would not have gone into such detail except being on the web means copy right problems for all of us who love to use photos. These rules specify most of the things I have ran across and I just want to make it easy to be able to create without copy right HELL.

I also hope my stock will be useful to you and that you can use it without having to worry about selling prints or what kind of ways you can use the stock or where you can post this stock. I love making PNG/Cutout images because it is easy/fast to use in artwork and will be making all my PNG cutouts from my own photos, Creative Commons 2.0, 3.0 licenses or permission from the copy right owner posted on their DA account. The only thing you really have to check when using my stock is the pre made backgrounds with other stock providers stock. Don't worry I will let you know in the description not to cut it up.

I will always have these rules here and not delete them if you would like to link back to them in a troublesome situation you might run into. I will also sign releases if you need them. I want you free to create without copy right troubles.
